For our GoRentStay luxury cabin rental just outside Blue Ridge, GA in Cherry Log we really wanted to stand out from all other rentals and create such a unique stay for not just for our guest, but for ourselves too!
Creating the perfect space is 100% not easy especially when you are 1,000 miles away from it, so we decided to take the measurements from the plans and lay out a room within our garage with painters tape to map out what fits and where to preplan!
Once we got a feel of the space it was time to start the interior decorating and design process! By knowing the overall feel of the cabin, a sleek modern luxury cabin had to have some color and uniqueness, so we combined rustic and modern with furnishing from Restoration Hardware, West Elm, vintage and you can't forget the almighty AMAZON.
Next with a list of the necessities and decor we created an inventory list per room and gave each item a replacement cost. This is really important for any rental as you need to know your cost, expenses, and inventory in event of .... well things happen and it's a rental.
Next up is planning the drive from Texas to Georgia will out we could and start filling the cabin off our designs and ideas!
